Visiting The Horsies

So as you may have noticed... i really really love horses. They mean the world to me. But so far, my actual experience with them was fairly limited! I took a couple riding classes, saw a number of horses in my vicinity, but never really cared for or hung out with one, which is the actual important part. Seeking to spend more time around horses in August 2025, i rung up the only stable that's within the town limits and asked if i could come over and sit somewhere to look at the horses. To my surprise, they didn't flip me off, and so i went!

Since i felt upbeat, had stuff to do after my visit, and was certain i'm not going to go anywhere near the horses, i decided to put together an outfit. I mean, of hourse i have to wear something more naturally coloured around horses i'm pretty sure my usual Decora getups will startle them! And that's the last thing i want to happen. So, i tried putting together this "urban lolita" fit, and i think it came together pretty nicely. A close friend said that when they saw it, they thought that if a horse were to become a human, this is what they would want to wear; i felt complimented beyound reasonable.<

Without the coat, the fit is better with the small flowery hairclip on the side, but the coat is almost the same green as the huge ribbon clip that came with my lolita dress, so it ties the outfit better while wearing the coat! Also: check out the bonus shots of the horsies that i saw :3 so cute...
